Triphenyl-[[4-(triphenylphosphaniumylmethyl)phenyl]methyl]phosphonium;dibromide (26.0 mg, 33.0 μmol, 1.00 equiv), 3-((E)-2-(3-((E)-2-(3-((12-((tert-butyldimethylsilyl)oxy)dodecyl)oxy)quinoxalin-2-yl)vinyl)quinoxalin-2-yl)vinyl)quinoxaline-2-carbaldehyde (54.1 mg, 69.2 μmol, 2.10 equiv) and sodium;methanolate (8.91 mg, 165 μmol, 5.00 equiv) were put under argon. Then dry dichloromethane (1.00 mL) and dry methanol (500 μL) were added and the reaction was stirred to 50 °C for 12 h. Methanol (2.00 mL) was added to precipitate the product.
